EMBER-cooked dining
Dining

Where fire becomes flavor.

The Kitchen

"The fire starts in the details — in the cut, the salt, the timing. Then it carries everything else."

Our menu changes with the season and the flame. Expect ember-roasted cuts, charred vegetables coaxed back to sweetness, smoked fish, and dishes finished tableside — close to the heat, close to the guest.

From the Embers

Charcoal-grilled cuts, smoked over oak.

From the Garden

Vegetables turned soft and sweet by fire.

From the Smoke

House-cured fish, slow-aged proteins.

The Chef

Every detail carries the flame.

The menu is shaped by hand, by season, and by the fire itself. A full menu will be shared soon — for now, the table speaks for it.
